Very elegant restaurant in the historic center of Rome. A refined cuisine but with simple and delicate flavors, everything delicious when eaten. Friendly and nice staff topped off with a remarkable service. In addition, my vegetarian friend was able to eat peacefully since they have a wide selection of vegetarian dishes to choose from. Also suitable for gluten free. Highly recommended, and definitely worth returning to. P.S. The Florentine beef tartare is out of this world.

The staff is impeccable: courteous, professional and always ready to give kind advice. The service is quick and efficient, but never intrusive. Highly recommended for those looking for refined cuisine and a complete gastronomic experience in the heart of Rome. I will definitely be back!
