WOW!
This hotel has it all. A beautiful and elegant bistro, a garden bar and accommodation. The Manager Manny, was so helpful with meals (gluten free for my wife) and showed us the hotel rooms. We used to stay in a nearby hotel but now we've found this, we will definitely stay here in future. The airport is only minutes away. The rooms are spacious and clean, and at least $20 less expensive than nearby accommodation.
The meals tonight, were sensational and the staff very friendly and professional.
I highly recommend the Gladstone Park Hotel.

I asked the waitress last night about being coeliac friendly. She said she had a gluten intolerance herself and to try the parmas. Amazing! I haven’t had a Parma in 2 years and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. Lovely service too!
