Did not eat here. Needed somewhere gluten free in the area, this pizza shop came up as the closest location. I went in to inquire about the safety precautions in the kitchen. She said the gf crust comes from from another company, which is great, because when it's made in-house it heightens the chances for cross contamination. She then told me that they use separate dedicated utensils and screens for cooking. All great! But, having worked in a pizza shop, I knew to ask if they use new, untouched sauce (and toppings) or do they use the same sauce on the line. She responded that they use the same sauce :( So the paddles or ladles used to apply and spread the sauce on the regular pizzas then contaminate the entire container of sauce, meaning it's no longer gluten free. Seeing as I have a 2.5 hour drive ahead of me, that would have been a disaster, so unfortunately I could not eat here today.
However, it smelled amazing in there, and you can see the kitchen clearly from the front door. It was clean and organized, and had I been a regular customer, I'm sure I would have been extremely happy to eat there today. However, as a person with celiac, I could not do so, as this location's gf option is "gluten friendly" and not gluten free. :(
