Gluten free breakfast items! The staff is very friendly and this is the only place downtown for breakfast coffee with a gluten free pastry. Lots of open space and they also allow our puppy to hangout inside with us.

We had a religious trauma group that used to meet here. We have since stopped because we all had families, and they didn't seem to like us bringing families in. They don't allow for outside food, but they also have very little to purchase available. The food thing was understandable, but they didn't have much there for us to purchase. It really seemed like they just wanted us not to come back. Great space for small groups. They do have, on occasion, gluten-free foods. The food they do serve is good. Their drinks are good as well. Update One of the owners reached out and there was some misunderstanding. I already gave 5 stars because I think they are great. We have started going back and they even called to let us know an event was scheduled during our regular meeting time. So nice and caring. Love these guys.
