After booking in the afternoon, specifying the request for a gluten-free pizza, once we arrived we were informed that the pizza was only suitable for those with a gluten intolerance, as the absence of contamination was not guaranteed.

The pizza isn't bad even if it's not even remotely Neapolitan... The only flaw is gluten-free, my partner felt ill twice after having eaten gluten-free pizza... so the dough or preparation is not divided and is contaminated... so if you are celiac it is not a place for you.... I advise the owner to either equip himself for gluten free or to stop before finding himself with any legal/health problems
