Attended the afternoon tea. One of our group members required gluten-free pastries due to an allergy (which we alerted the staff to in advance when both making and confirming the reservation). While our (glutinous) pastries were fine, several of the GF pastries were frozen in the middle. The staff took the frozen pastries away when we told them about the temperature and seemingly microwaved them to rectify the situation. I'd pass on this high tea.

Lovely high tea here. When you book ahead they are able to accommodate dietary restrictions like vegan, gluten free etc. Our server Josh was pleasant and professional and even offered to take a photo for us when our beautiful food arrived. Everything was tasty and delightful. High tea done right - the Fairmont provides an excellent experience once again
