With being recently diagnosed with Celiac, I have been worried about finding something I can eat. Glory Days have an entire separate gluten free free making it easy and thoughtless to order knowing the entree will be gluten free and cross contamination free. The waiter was great, if he wasn't sure on salad dressing and made it his life mission to find out for me. Just a heads up, the only dressing GFCO is ranch. Great experience, would definitely be back.
