Glory Days Grill

We were there last night and I am gluten free. I ordered the crave a bowl with chicken. I've order this whenever I visit a Glory days grill. On there menu it states no chickpeas or grill* (I don't know what exactly this meant, I assume there is some sort of gluten seasoning on their chickpeas perhaps and a seasoning on their chicken typically?) Nevertheless, our order took quite some time to get to begin with, it arrives with exactly what it says on the gluten free menu, that should not be in there... All I got was a... I'll have them remake this for you. To then wait long enough to where my table was done with their food, and we still sat, waiting longer. Then the bowl finally came out, and they had put rice in a separate bowl, stating just in case it was gluten... Something tells me the chef last night didn't quite know how to make this correctly, or exactly what is and isn't gluten there. No discount, no offer of "let me take this off your tab for our mistake". Nothing. HIGHLY disappointing and frustrating when it's now past 9pm and you are still waiting for your food, after being there for quite some time already waiting...

They used to be able to do more for gluten free but not anymore which is why only 3 stars. However the fire grilled wings are still great and the service is always amazing. Miriam deserves a great shout out! Amazing service, she went above and beyond even with dealing with a huge group of rowdy teens nearby
