The best gluten free croissants I've ever tasted. As a gluten free person one of the things I missed was real croissants. These ones come pretty close!!

I am so grateful for the bakery!!! As a celiac with cow dairy allergy and soy allergy, finally a bakery where I can eat all the things I missed. Absolutely delicious!!! We had Buche de Noel for Christmas , and both the raspberry and triple chocolate were EXCEPTIONAL!
