Gluten Free Bakery Tama

I don’t understand people’s taste buds. I ordered the cinnamon bun, butter cookies and banana choco chip muffin and none of it was good. Perhaps it’s because I’m American and we have really good gluten free bakeries. The cinnamon bun was dry. I couldn’t chew it. The caramel sauce tasted like burnt corn syrup and the cream cheese icing was flat. Maybe it’s also sugar free. The butter cookies were dry. The banana muffin which even gluten free is pretty easy to make was like a dry sponge. Hard and a little burnt on top. I would not go back.

Brioche pistachio was lovely and the banana waffles were good too. The pizza was bad! (the toppings were the disappointing part), the croissant was rock hard and most of the other bready goods were dry and flavourless. Overall not great but if you go for the brioche and sweeter treats like tiramisu and cheesecake it’s more worth it

Excellent food especially for Coeliacs! Highly recommend
