I have had issues with gluten ever since I was in my twenties but never really had good confirmation for this sensitivity. So, for the longest I have wanted a DNA analysis on whether or not I have non celiac gluten sensitivity. But I was reluctant because I wanted a reputable company to perform the testing. Then I remembered Dr. Osborne and his Gluten Free Society. So even though the price was higher than I wanted to pay, it was well worth the investment. My DNA analysis indicated that each of my parent had the gene for NCGS. So now I have definite confirmation of my issue with gluten. I was a little bit confused about how to interpret the result but I got an incredible representative, Jessica, who patiently and thoroughly answered all of my concerns and questions. And in my initial inquiry about my result, she did a follow-up with the designated person, and asked that my order be given priority status. She truly provided me with outstanding customer service, and I am so thankful that she was the one that I got for answers to my questions. Really stellar customer service. I am impressed and I assure you that the DNA testing from the Gluten Free Society is well worth the money and time.
