Let me preface this by saying I'm a vegan, and I realize that not every place has the best vegan options.
I came here knowing that the only thing vegan here was the veggie burger. I asked if there were any vegan buns, and I got told there were gluten free buns that weren't vegan. Why do I care then? But whatever, that's not a reason to take off a star. I then asked if I could have lettuce wrapped around it, to which the man taking my order said it wasn't a problem. After a bit of a wait, I get a quite thin veggie burger laid on top of a singular piece of lettuce, with other toppings like tomato and pickle thrown on the top as if it were an afterthought.
TL;DR They didn't seem like they had much familiarity with diets, lacked the ability to take any special order (family members asked for a rare burger and got a well done one, I didn't get lettuce as a wrap for my burger like I asked), and the experience felt lacking. The only positives were the atmosphere and design of the restaurant and the taste to a degree.
