I have Celiac and they always take really good care of me.

I used to really like this place but it seems to have declined. I get the same 2 rolls every time as i have a Gluten allergy and know what i can eat. I get a Philly roll minus the salmon add yellow tail, and a California roll, brown rice. This used to be a 1$ -2$ up charge for the substitute, recently they changed their policy to be a $3.50 up charge. Not a huge deal. They ALWAYS tell me it would be cheaper to just do a yellowtail roll add cream chese but that roll has a different way its prepared that I don't care for. I went today, I placed my order and they tried to up charge me $7 for the substitution. I requested they honor the price I always pay and after speaking to the owner it was honored FOR me but the comment was made that for everyone else it would be $7... I waited for my rolls for quite some time before I realized they had been made to-go( I said I was dining in). Not a big deal, I just sat down to eat them. The big deal was there was a big chunk of sliced plastic hanging out of my California roll, it was re-made ( no offer to discount or refund). The brown rice has also become so stiff and crunchy, I have to pick it out of my teeth and spit out rock hard pieces. I think I might just be finished with this place after today. Was fun while it lasted.
