We had such an amazing time at the Goat Farm Coffee House, itâs clear by how long we ended up staying! We initially came in for a casual coffee date and to maybe take a work meeting, but what was supposed to be a short visit turned into five unforgettable hours. The atmosphere, the incredible conversations with owner Janine, and the friendly patrons created an experience that felt like home.
This is more than a coffee house; itâs the perfect place to grow, connect, and build a village. The kid-friendly environment, both indoors and outdoors, is ideal for families. I canât wait to bring my nephews back to enjoy the goats! I also appreciated the private room, which made taking a conference call seamless and stress-free. While we didnât get in with them this time, the Nigerian dwarf goats were absolutely adorable, so tiny, friendly, and cute.
On top of the amazing drinks and food, they also offer home and body products made with their goatâs milk. I canât wait to light the candles and try out the deodorant and eye creamâsuch a unique and thoughtful addition to this cozy spot!
Now, letâs talk about the drinks and foodâabsolute perfection:
Coffee & Drinks:
Espresso (Ethiopian & Guatemalan blend): Incredible flavor! I guessed it was Ethiopian, but the Guatemalan addition surprised me in the best way. Easily one of the top three coffees Iâve ever had.
French Press: Bold and full-bodiedâa truly enjoyable cup.
Americano: Another bold and flavorful option, beautifully balanced.
Gingerbread Chai Latte: Sweet but not overpoweringâperfect for gingerbread lovers like me.
Peppermint Mocha Frappe: A perfect balance of mint and chocolate. I almost didnât want to share it!
Peppermint Mocha Latte: My to go drink; a warm, comforting âhug in a cup.â
Hot Apple Cider: My sister loved it so much she had one to stay and another to go! The cinnamon and apple notes brought back memories of my momâs sweet cinnamon apples from childhood.
Goat Milk: My first time trying goat milk, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and ânormalâ it tasted. As an almond milk drinker, this felt like an easy transition.
Food & Treats:
Red Velvet Bundtlet: Perfectly subtle chocolate flavor with an incredible cream cheese frosting.
Gluten-Free Peppermint Scone: Soft, not crumbly like other scones. The flavor was outstandingâeven my sister, who only tolerates peppermint, enjoyed it.
Gluten-Free Peppermint Cupcake: The frosting was the star, with a subtle peppermint note balanced by the vanilla cake.
Goat Milk Fudge: Decadent and richâa must-try!
Cinnamon Roll: A classic done rightâsoft, sweet, and comforting.
This place is truly special, offering incredible food, drinks, and an atmosphere that fosters connection and relaxation. Weâre already planning our next visit!
