BROAD IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S STUPID RESPONSE: THERE ARE NO DIFFERENT LEVELS OF CELIACIA! YOU MAY BE CELIAC OR GLUTEN INTOLERANT. The difference is that with celiac disease you have to be careful with cross contamination and not with intolerant people. So inform yourself first and then respond because thanks to ignorant people like you, people are misinformed. Another thing, why do you spend money on having separate oil for the potatoes if you don't change your gloves? What you should have on the menu is “We have gluten-free options, however there may be cross contamination” IN SAYING NOT SUITABLE FOR CELIACS, YES SUITABLE FOR INTOLERANTS!
