Godfather's Pizza

Passing thru Springfield and pulled over because we saw a sign for Godfather's pizza from the highway. There are none in Kansas City, so was excited to see one, especially a sit-down location. Food was hot and fresh. Quality superb. Big salad bar. One of us had cheese pizza and the other gluten-free pizza. BEST PIZZA WE'VE HAD IN YEARS! Had a great conversation with the franchise owner, Mike Sidwell. He is very down-to-earth, intriguing, and passionate about his business. He cares a lot about his employees and it shows. Always happy to meet other business owners, especially in the food business. The space looks amazing and has a large party room, which would be great for any private party.
