Great spot! The stand out dishes were the salad sample platter and the duck steam buns and both were incredible. 10/10 presentation (dry ice on the sample platter and a DIY steam bun set up) and were so tasty. The mock meats were flavorful and had diverse textures. Very vegan-friendly and could easily be gluten-free. Looking forward to coming back to try more dishes.
