The welcome from staff and immediate understanding of Gluten Free requirements gave us the reassurance of the menu. GF specific dishes were marked but all the dishes could be adapted, if required. The first question of "What may we cook for you today" was a delight. Excellent food and attentive service does this pub proud. We'll be back.
