Another hidden treasure along Hy285. Golden Pine Chinese is just the wrong distance from us, too far for an impulse dinner out, but too close to home for stopping on a road trip out that way. However, my wife wanted to go out, I was craving Chinese, and I had heard good things about this place, so we decided to finally give it a try. The outside looks like a country store, the inside decor was rather generic American, the music was soft fusion, but the food and service were amazing.
There are relatively few Gluten free options, though they can modify many of the other dishes. I had the Singapore Noodles. It was in a yellow curry and chili oil sauce that was amazing. My wife loved the Sweet & Sour combo, and commented we have to go back often as there were lots of other delicious looking items on the menu she has to try.
Don’t let the plain exterior defer you, this place is a hidden gem with very reasonable prices.
