Wow, the bagels, what there were left, looked like art. A wide artisan variety, including black lava salt, pumpernickel & egg everything, gluten-free, & bialys. They make hot & cold sandwiches to order, as well as bagging them to go. Seasoned cream cheeses, lox, & sodas too. Nice spacious airy atmosphere. Boise's OG.
The everything pumpernickel needed a little more salt.
