Gondolier Italian Restaurant & Pizza

Ordered carryout on Valentine's day to pick up on the way home from work. They were slammed. Staff was very kind and courteous. We normally eat at the one in Clinton, TN and have dishes we usually get and like. We thought they would be the same. Gluten free pizza was perfect. Cesaer salads were good, as were the bread sticks. Chicken carbonara was not anything like what usually get and had spinach. Chicken picatta contained red peppers, have a great dislike for them, and not much other flavor. Most disappointing meal in a long time. Called manager the next day as I knew they would be very busy all night, explained the situation, the response was "There's nothing I can do". Lesson learned, management doesn't care if you can't eat your meal because it doesn't taste good to you! Also, the website wouldn't work so I couldn't check the menu or order online, the manager said at that restaurant they don't do online orders anyway. Edit to add the restaurant never intended to deal with a customer issue on any level. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Great food! Great service! We eat here almost every week. They have gluten free pizza too! Did I mention great food?
