Good Earth Market & Restaurant

We are vacationing close to Bethany and came across this gem! We are gluten free and dairy free, and it was amazing to be able to eat such great food without having to worry. It can be such a challenge. The staff is so helpful and the food is so good! Ate brunch and dinner and we will be back tomorrow! Prices are very reasonable and quality is great!

They have a great selection of vegan/gluten free in their store. So you would think they would offer vegan cheese in their charcuterie boards or sandwiches but they do not. This time I ordered their chickpea salad sandwich. I was told that it’s similar to a chicken salad sandwich just with chickpeas. Sounded fabulous to me, I love chicken salad. What sucked was there was no seasoning in it. It was incredibly bland. Normally you expect salt plus dill and garlic powder in the chicken salad or chickpea salad to give it some oomf. Unfortunately that was not the case, so our server replaced it with a turkey sandwich. It was ok but the only flavor in it was from the turkey. I’m rooting for them to incorporate some aiolis, chipotle aioli, truffle aioli etc. Just a sandwich that’s better than what I can make at home especially for the price. Our server was great! I felt bad because they seemed understaffed so she was the only one running around. Seemed unfair to her. Wishing them the best and hope they take this feedback in stride and prove me wrong!
