Awesome little gem with a wonderful stock of natural foods and supplements. There is a large supply of difficult to find meat alternatives and gluten-free products. This will be my go-to place for gluten-free foods and local cheeses. Great balance between variety of options and prices. I can’t believe it took me this long to find this place. People who have anxiety around narrow aisles, this may not be the place for you. When busy it can feel a bit claustrophobic.

This place is amazing. I'm gluten intolerant and stopped in to get some bread, and left with so much more. You can tell they take great care in personally selecting everything that goes into their store. On top of that, THE PRICES ARE AMAZING. They really do care about having affordable, healthy food. Not like a Wholefoods that cares more about making a profit. I'll definitely be back often.
