Excellent gluten free sub sandwiches! The bread doesn't leave anything to be desired - it doesn't fall apart, it's flavourful, it's hearty. The fillings have all been delicious thus far, and if it wasn't a bit steeply priced for a sub, I'd have tried more of them by now. The brisket is the current favourite!
