Great place for a quick bite to eat or full feed. Very clean and waiters are very pleasant and curious. This time just went for a lge bowl of chips and wine as we know this place caters for persons with Coeliac.

Had dinner tonight and served by a lovely kotiro named Kororia -if I remember right. I asked her what would be safe to order for a coeliac and she said everything that is labelled gf and that they have a separate fryer. I had the vegetarian burger, calamari and lemon cheesecake. The calamari is the best I've ever had! The lemon cheesecake was delicious too, really good base, almost didn't believe it was coeliac safe. Felt good to eat somewhere that reassured me that my kai would be gf and safe to eat. Thank you Kororia for your amazing service and being so nice. Ka pai Good Eastern Taphouse! A must to visit when in Rotorua especially if you are coeliac.
