They have many gluten free options! The cacio peppe pasta was amazing, the tava bean hummus too. The lamb shank was THE BEST! melt in your mouth delicious! Service is also great, 100% recommend this place!!

We were passing through Charlotte on our way to Virginia from Florida. I searched to find restaurants in the area and came upon good food on montford. What a gem. The food was excellent, Jalyn our server was excellent... very personable and friendly. The atmosphere was bustling for a Tuesday nite, but all the staff seemed to chip in where needed. Really nice to see. When I commented how much I enjoyed the gluten-free pasta jaylynn very considerate as she was went and took a picture of it so I could see the brand. To me that's above and beyond what you expect in a server.
