While the cookies are good the staff when my order was not correct was unwilling to fix it stating they didn't know how. I ordered a box of 4, plus one gluten free from their website, the girl would not issue me a refund or send another cookie out or even offer to have one waiting for to pick up and offered zero options to make it right. I have bought from the store before and had a good experience but will probably use another company from now on due to their inability to offer a resolution. I am hoping Lorraine the district manager will be able to make this right since her staff was not.
