The food is SO flavorful and fresh! Lots of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. Healthy, creative and unique dishes. The blueberry tumeric tea, vegetable pancake and banana foster were delicious.

Goo Doo Bowl is not just a restaurant, it is a restaurant for the senses! Once a food truck at our local festivals now in a brick and mortar location. As you walk into this Asian-Indian and East African fusion eatery you become enveloped in tranquil playing music, reminiscent of a high end spa. The calm lighting then exposes vivid colored hand painted walls with peaceful and regenerative symbolism with a smattering of cheeky humor tucked in here and there on the wall decor. It invites you to reflect, relax and just be in the moment. It's great for traveling digital nomads, remote workers, study groups, or someone desperately in need of a “little treat” or some “me time”, but really it's a place to be experienced by being shared with friends and family. Portions are so large it makes it easy to share around the table family style. The food is bright and bold with the ability to customize the level of spice on both an American and International scale of hotness. Food is mainly made to order (except for the simply delicious hand pies which are easy to grab and go-may I recommend the sausage), but your patience is rewarded with a healthy and fresh meal that nourishes your mind, body and soul. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free eaters will all find something to enjoy on the menu. Kid’s meals are bespoke to your little ones’ taste buds which makes it an instant family favorite. There is a back patio open in warmer months with lots of live plants and water features, a great hang-out for dog owners/lovers. There are also periodic specials like Butter Chicken and Bananas Foster jumbo cookies which feels like hitting the jackpot when you get the chance to try one. Hidden gem, woman owned small business.
