The owner is literally the only employee at this business. I understand it is a small business and the pandemic effected businesses in different ways. That being said.... went in there to get some information to order a cake and probably order it. Went inside and it was a mess. Flour dust was all over the place. Pots and pans and cooking supplies all over the place like on the front counter. Nothing was on display. The lady looked Hattered. Which is all good. However since she won't hire extra help she refused to talk to us and take our order. We tried texting numerous times and calling and we actually came into the store 3 different times. All times the owner did not take our order and did not get back to us. She promised that she made a note and would contact us at the end of the business day. Which never happened. The owner wants over $145 for a small 6in gluten free cake. Crazy. Maybe would have invested my hard earned money into her time and business had she of showed us some customer service and cared. Saw her on TV on one of the baking competitions shows so we assumed the experience would have been awesome. However it was not.
