I express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant located in Patio Bullrich. I requested avocado toast without the tostada due to my gluten intolerance, and what I received was a dish that did not meet my expectations. The dish was cold, the portion was excessively small, and the presentation was sloppy. Considering the location and facade of your restaurant, I expected a level of service and quality that was not reflected in my experience. Unfortunately, the staff who served me did not apologize or offer any solution or compensation for the lack of quality in the service and food. Because of this, I do not intend to visit your establishment again. I hope you take steps to improve the quality of your service and food to prevent other customers from having similar experiences. Atmosphere 10/10. The place is super nice and the service is excellent. They have an option for celiacs and even a celiac panera, they also have a children's menu. They have large and small tables, they have a large number but they are not so close together, which means that you can talk calmly and there is no delay. I absolutely recommend. I gave it a little star because I ordered the braised beef, which was very tasty, but had quite a bit of fat. The sushi is very fresh and we didn't eat pizza, but we saw them passing by and they looked very good. I highlight the attention received by the waiter who served us.
