I am Celiac. I had the cheeseburger with Irish cheddar cheese and a side of garlic mayo. The bun was a nice change from the usual in the US. It had good texture, a bit of crunch on the edges after toasting, and sesame seeds. I didn’t have a reaction to anything. Polite and knowledgeable staff.
