Met Keegan for the first time, while he personally delivered my meals. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. What's even better is how great the meals taste. It is truly a premium quality and you can taste the freshness with every bite. As an ex-NCAA athlete, who struggles to find time for cooking, cleaning and meal prepping gourmet prep is a great service I look forward to continuing to use them. I'm also gluten-free so I really appreciate how he has the allergens and macros laid out for me ahead of time! Thanks Keegan and keep up the great work!

Had a lovely experience with the owner Keegan! We loved the gluten free options for a handful of guests at our wedding! Food was prepped and served in a timely fashion! Only constructive feedback would be the roast beef we had was tough. Overall the dinner, desert, and midnight snack were lovely! We had a wing bar for midnight snack and Gourmet Prep hit it out of the park and the guests loved the wings!
