Their pizza is very good as are the fried foods but their real novelty is the pizza with gluten-free dough. I ate a 4 gluten free cheese and my stomach doesn't burn and my abdomen isn't swollen. The dough is produced by them and the pizza is cooked inside an aluminum pan so as to be protected from the other flours. What can I say: it is not a gluten free place but it is a pizzeria that has decided to go beyond tradition by expanding "the cake", or rather I would say the pizza, and pampering that segment of "special" customers. Thanks so much again!
