Great place! Only thought they were in Ohio! But happened to see there was one here. However, my wife has Celiac disease and can only have gluten-free items with absolutely NO cross contamination. Called and spoke with the assistant manager (Kennedi) who was well aware of how to handle customers with allergies. She was helpful and explained the whole process and explained that there was a whole allergy protocol. My wife was convinced she could enjoy ice cream again and we drove there. We met with Kennedi who made our order and my wife enjoyed an awesome ice cream dessert! Thanks Kennedi!!
