Informed the server that my husband and I both needed anything we ordered to be gluten free. Ordered the Calabrese Caprese which was delicious and we both did BYOB with the gluten free penne and we both had issues. I was so sick and had horrible stomach cramps by the time I finished eating. I'm not sure if staff was not knowledgeable enough in the back to take precautions but there was definitely cross contamination. Maybe they use the same water? IDK but would not recommend if you are celiac and have an allergy. Too bad as the vibe was cool. I tried to Blue Milk and About Last Thyme and both were terrible. About Las Thyme was way too heavy on the jalapeno and the Blue Milk has so much nutmeg in it, it's overpowering. My friend has the sangria and said it was delicous

Fresh food and friendly fast service. This is honestly my favorite spot in Denton, Iam Celiac and they have safe dishes for me (shared kitchen use your own judgement if celiac) I love the gluten free penne or the zoodles and the gluten free pita and hummus is so fresh. Look I could keep going but just get in the car and go try them, you will not be disappointed. With a fresh kitchen they do run out of some items, it's FRESH.
