A beautiful place of high quality (at least as far as gluten free is concerned),😁. As soon as you enter you breathe the air of home. If I'm in Viareggio I always eat there. Sometimes I take pizza and eat it at the seaside.

Pizzeria discovered by chance through the AIC application, but I would say a great surprise. As a celiac and pizza lover, I can say that it is one of the best pizzas ever. Super friendly staff, welcoming environment, extremely competent owners, unbeatable value for money (pizzas generously seasoned). After traveling 200km I finally found a pizza worthy of the name; out of the region but we will definitely return.

I called at 9.02pm, there were 2 of us, to ask if it was possible to sit down and eat a pizza and that we would be there in 5 minutes, after the hesitation of the girl who answered the phone and putting me on hold, almost annoyed she told me that it was possible . Having noticed the frustration, I say that if this represents a problem we can also do takeaway, to which I am told: "no, no, come along, but it's not like it's 11, eh?". Now, I say, a customer for years and we have always turned a blind eye, once because I order a gluten-free pizza and it is delivered to me with gluten (I have celiac disease), but luckily, recognizing the dough, I eat a bite and immediately inform the pizzeria that he immediately takes care to prepare me a gluten-free pizza, a second time we ask to sit down, I admit that time it was 9.30 pm, they make us sit but always almost in ways that seem to do you a favor, a third time whoever comes when taking the order at the table he speaks in a polemical tone for a change requested while ordering. I am aware that working for the public is exhausting, I myself have been working there for 20 years, but yesterday's episode was the straw that broke the camel's back. Evidently the methods should be reviewed and we should be aware that competition exists. Last night we were welcomed and pampered in another pizzeria in Viareggio and you apparently lost only 2 customers, but also all those that a celiac customer brings with her when she goes to eat in a pizzeria that also offers gluten-free
