Lovely environment and vibe. Coeliac so seeking out gluten free diet. Sadly the allergy menu only informed us where the allergen was present - rather than what could be made gluten free. The staff were unable to give more information- other than directing us to see allergy menu. Therefore we only had a drink rather than food. It feels like there is good potential and it is good there was the basis of allergy awareness, however it didn’t leave any choice on food to eat only on the food I couldn’t eat.

It is not surprising that this restaurant is not that busy at 3:00 in the afternoon. Staff are strictly trained and focused on their own tasks. This afternoon we wanted to order something for lunch at 3 p.m., but that is no longer necessary because lunch is until 3 p.m. It wasn't until 5pm that they were able to offer us anything real to eat. There was a drink, but for people with a gluten intolerance, it is stated everywhere that it may contain gluten. When we were surprised that at 3:15 o'clock the table next to us was served a full lunch and we asked whether the chef really couldn't make something for us, we got the answer: no, unfortunately it was three o'clock and they may have ordered three o'clock. Ultimately we were able to negotiate that we would receive two small loose gluten-free rolls with a little olive oil and salt. In my opinion, the tip for the management of this campsite would be to let the staff focus together on a pleasant holiday experience for the customer and not just on their own rules. This also applies, for example, to swimming armbands that we wanted to buy just when the reception was closing. Then you can no longer enter the store. Staff are therefore not willing to think about a solution. What is nice about this place when you have nice weather is that the children can play in the playground. You can reserve bicycles in advance. Caramel ice coffee is very tasty
