Met seven friends here after seeing the amazing reviews. As a gluten intolerant person, I was able to have the shredded hot chicken “naked” (no batter and not fried) on a salad and it was very, very tasty. “This is excellent, the spice profile is awesome. We were visiting Nashville from out of town and wanted to try Nashville hot chicken. Grandaddy's did not disappoint, the service was superb and the chicken was some of the best chicken we have had in a long time. My wife is gluten free and the resturant was very accommodating and cooked up some without breading. If you are in Nashville and want to try hot chicken make sure you visit Grandaddy and skip the chains.
