A wonderful culinary experience in Chiang Mai πŸ˜‹ Everything was perfectly organized from the start: pickup by minibus directly from the hotel, then division into small groups for a more convivial class. The ingredients are high-quality, and our teacher, Joyzaa, was adorable: cheerful, patient, and very knowledgeable 🫢🏻. She kindly guided us through cooking authentic Thai dishes. A big plus: they had gluten-free sauces, which allowed me to participate and eat like everyone else! They also have photographers on hand to capture these moments in the kitchen. I highly recommend this activity for discovering Thai cuisine in a beautiful setting! β˜€οΈ

Great Master Chef style experience to get to know Thai cuisine better. We went in a group with everything organized. We started the activity in a market where the Chef confidently explained to us the products we were going to use to cook the class dishes. Then at the school facilities we visited the garden and the chicken coop. We then cooked the Thai dishes under the Chef's instructions and he helped me choose the ingredients so that they were gluten-free. We spent a very entertaining, interesting and fun morning.

What a fantastic day we had! We were picked up at the hotel around 8:30. We stopped first at the market and learned a number of ingredients that are used in cooking Thai dishes. We immediately bought something for home. Once we arrived at the farm, we were amazed. The farm was beautiful! Small/large huts everywhere where the cooking workshop takes place, all surrounded by a green oasis. Every employee beamed when teaching the group, this was so nice to see. All the dishes were delicious and there is a lot of choice. I eat gluten-free and that was taken into account very well. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We had the full-day morning workshop. Really fun and when our group went home early, we had a kind of private lesson! Patty, our chef, made the day complete! What energy and humor. We really enjoyed everything. Highly recommended if you are in Chiang Mai. Disclaimer: you do not buy the ingredients at the market yourself and you do not collect eggs from the coop yourself! Regardless, the day was still fantastic.
