Very well-kept, pretty atmosphere, great, historic piazza, nice, courteous and attentive staff, high quality of ingredients, long dough maturity, with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
The organic stone oven pizza was delivered in a very short time and was delicious! The dough was slightly burnt on the bottom, but otherwise just right, the tomato sauce was incredibly fruity, and the other ingredients also tasted great! You can taste the quality!
