We were traveling and stayed in Maple Grove two nights. We have been to GCB before at other locations so we decided to head there. Our night was challenging because we have a Celiacs/Dairy allergy with our daughter and Mom was Keto. Our waiter Peter said, “I got you” don’t stress this. He walked our daughter step by step thru her menu options and even spoke to the chef to confirm. She was so happy with his promise to take good care of things. Then It was on to mom and she had the best Keto option ever with great sides. Dad and our other daughter had pick of the menu but this guy Peter was the most attentive waiter I have experienced in years! Somebody is gonna hire this guy away! First time at this location! I set up reservations for 7:30pm on a Saturday night. To be expected, it was busy! Staff was overwhelmed, it took about 10min to finally be said “Hello” at our table and take drink orders. I was honest and told the waiter I was somewhat impatient but eager to eat. Jacob C., our server, was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful with any questions we had and accommodated us well! Food was great, they catered to my fiancee with Celiac Disease well. Jacob C. rocked it tonight and I did later apologize for showing impatience, I just had a long work day and hadn’t eaten. 5 stars overall. Plus I tipped 40%. We will be back!
