Visited 1/5 at 9pm.
Rather noisy environment, very crowded. Despite this, the service is very good, waiters fast and attentive. Very long wait, 45/50 minutes to get the first pizza. The staff explained to us that it was a problem related to a lack of staff in the kitchen, only for that evening.
Gluten-free pizza: separate menu, with a reduced choice compared to the traditional menu. Very careful about contamination, the pizza arrives covered.
Dough created by the pizza chef, not an industrial mix. You can feel it. Tastes good, chews bile, not rubbery. Well cooked.
Abundant and good quality seasoning.
Small personal detail: I didn't like the oil on the raw ham and the unseasoned tomato at all. A little difficult for me to cut due to the bottom.
Sweet we are not there. Little choice (2 options) and too expensive (9€) for the quantity.
Overall a good place, we'll be back
