Tiny little sandwich shop in the heart of Aspen! Delicious gluten free bread. Note- there is no indoor seating. It was a really unique experience and I’m glad we stopped here! My sandwich was really good and my husband enjoyed his. They also have a kid’s menu offering either PB&J or grilled cheese.

I love that they have gluten-free bread (canyon bake house) and the sandwiches still taste great! friendly service and a really cool place in aspen.
