I love and hate this place. I love the bread, especially the gluten free bread. I live 30 mini away so it’s no small thing to make a trip here. Which I did today - New Years Eve. Tried to call yesterday but they’re closed Monday. Looked all over their website to make sure they’re open today. Nothing. Only “open Tuesday through Sunday”. I called. No voicemail saying they’re closed on NY Eve. So here I am sitting outside the shop having made the trek to find out they’re closed.

Greatly disappointed when I was told that the 12 labels were not valid for a loaf of gluten-free bread. Come on Great Harvest! Nowhere on the coupons does it state that there are exclusions. So misleading. It’s the principle of the matter not the fact that it’s a stupid loaf of bread.
