First time in there. Wonderful place and helpful people! I was looking for gluten free and they explained how they do it. She offered samples of each of the breads I was considering. I'm thinking, I'd get the typical bite size sample. NO!! A WHOLE SLICE OF RICH THICK BREAD FROM BOTH LOAVES!!! Very generous and helpful!!!
