Went here based off recent reviews and wasn’t wowed by their knowledge or offerings. I asked my server what can be made gluten free and sandwiches, some appetizers like dips and meats, and flatbreads. I asked about allergy protocols for sandwiches/burgers, buns are toasted on same “roller” as gluten so just be sure to tell them untoasted or separate area if you order those. I didn’t ask about the flatbreads. I ended up getting the burnt ends appetizers and switched the naan bread dippers for kettle chips. Kettle chips are not made in house and were gluten free however I asked the server if they would get them from a different area to ensure no glutened gloves had touched but was simply told “I marked the allergy”. I assumed they wouldn’t be celiac safe so my family enjoyed them instead. The burnt ends themselves were delicious with or without the bbq sauce.
