Great hotel staff, typically aloof water park staff. Room was ok, and food was tasty (including being safe for this celiac sufferer!!). EVERYTHING was an upcharge, though; they're taking advantage of a captive audience. For a one night stay and then cost for the 6 of us, we could have booked 4 nights in a normal hotel and paid for an independent water park.

check in was fast and easy at hotel, they are cashless so attach a card to your room that you don’t mind having everything charged to We did the dining program prior to check in. It was $85 and they give you $100 that well well worth it. The room was very clean however the toilet leaked and fireplace is for show only so don’t expect it to produce heat. The prepaid breakfast is not a buffet and you don’t get to choose what you want so I would not recommend that again. They were very good with being allergy friendly and I was very impressed by that. You only get boxed scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, some fruit, cinnamon rolls. Which is a decent amount of food but if your expectations are to pick your own food that’s not gonna happen. The waterpark is very small great for little ones under 10. I had a 10 month old, 2 year old , 8yr and 10yr. They did all have fun but they completed entire park within 1 hour. We rented a cabana on day of checkout that is well worth it. Being able to take a little quiet time for the littles ones is always nice. It had a fan, small couch, fridge, with 4 waters and a small table. It was cabana #6 definitely recommend that one it is very private. We had gluten free pizza it was really good and you get three toppings.
