Great Revivalist Brewery

This was our first experience a The Great Revivalist Brewery, and I'm sure it wont' be our last! We ordered a gluten free pizza as well as a delicous Strawberry Field's salad. Both were absoutley scrumptious! The crust didn't even taste "gluten free".We had great service, and they even had a talented piano player come in this evening which we enjoyed as well.

Located inside Clinton's beloved Gothic Revivalist Church,this brewery offers a one of a kind experience. As you step inside,you have to admire the stunning architecture and famous artwork lining the walls. You are seated by a hostess and are given a menu of many craft brews,sodas,seltzers and energy drinks. They even offer THC infused lemonades. I started with a flight of 3 beers.. Recreational Red Ale,1898 American Lager and Peach Wrangler Sour Ale..all were very flavorful and reasonably priced For our food choices I had the Bac N Chz Bites which were cheese curds with bacon and a raspberry Chipotle dipping sauce. My wife who is Gluten Free had the Carnivore Wood Fired Pizza with house made sausage, pepperoni,capicola, prosciutto and red onions. Unfortunately this is why I'm only giving this brewery 4 stars and not 5. The pizza was just average at best and all the ingredients were in the middle of the pie and nothing around the edges. The menu descriptions were better than the flavors themselves in our opinion. Cheese curds were lacking in flavor even with the sauce . Our server was very unfriendly and never came back to see how everything was. For beers and unique atmosphere this place is 5 stars but for service and food quality I'm afraid they only get 4 stars.
