My wife is gluten and dairy free and we were checking the menu when the hostess walked up and asked if we had any questions. We asked about GF & DF and she told us most things can be adapted so we said yes. My wife ordered a GF & DF toastie which she said was delicious, especially with their brand of vegan cheese. Our hostess said they test the different ingredients to make sure they work together - they did! They also had the ADC (Alternative Dairy Company) Barista milks which are so creamy and delicious for a non-dairy milk. No artificial sweeteners either - another plus. Highly recommend.
