Great Spice Papamoa East

I have dined here several times, but must comment. I am coeliac and was told all menu gf which is great. Once and my own fault..waitress said roti was gf which I knew, normally not. So thought, maybe it's different so ordered. Became quite ill that night. I've dined several times, no problem, delicious food. Again, through my own fault, had a dessert, asking if gf...was violently ill, obviously it wasn't. I always feel happy if they ask 'are you coeliac'then you know, they know. Your not alone, so many restaurants are the same for allergies....

Great price and good service. Some of the group asked for mild but said it was still spicy. And we had to ask for more rice as they didn't bring enough out. But still a great meal. Vegan and gluten free options were simple and no fuss to ask for.
